Conveyancing Fee Earner Opportunity

Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing, quality-accredited conveyancing service company that rewards talent, drive, and commitment from its employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing files, including purchase, sales, and remortgages, from instruction to completion.
  • Prepare and draft documentation as required.
  • Liaise with solicitors, clients, and estate agents on aspects of the conveyancing transaction.
  • Keep the case management system up to date.
  • Responsible for exchange and completions of files.
  • Deal with pre-contract enquiries.
  • Investigate title.
  • Apply for and investigate property searches.
  • Prepare reports on title.
  • Undertake other tasks required by the firm.
Requirements
  • Experience of dealing with clients in the capacity of buying and/or selling property.
  • Able to undertake both residential conveyancing work associated with the acquisition and disposal of land or property or any interest in land.
  • Hold experience in computerised case management systems.
  • Awareness of fraud and money laundering regulations.
  • Good communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team and prioritise a busy workload.
