Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Tree Surgeon/ Groundsman to join our team. As a Trainee Tree Surgeon, you will be responsible for assisting experienced arborists with tree surgery tasks, including pruning, felling, and stump removal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and develop their skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

About the Role

This is a full-time employed position, working in three-man groups throughout Sussex, Kent, and South London.

As a Trainee Tree Surgeon, you can expect to receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, with the goal of achieving qualifications within 2-3 years.

Our teams work in various locations across the South East, providing a diverse range of challenges and experiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a strong work ethic and willingness to learn;">
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills;">
  • a valid driver's license; and">
  • No prior experience or NPTC qualifications are required, but they would be an advantage.">
