Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Washington. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with our production team to ensure that all materials are available when needed.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance / Bendi Truck Licence.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft / Warehouse MRP systems.
