About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Expert to join our team at Clearline Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Property department, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and managing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents, showcasing your expertise in commercial property law.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions, building strong relationships and identifying business opportunities.
  • Handle post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations, with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory updates, offering expert advice on developments and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver multi-disciplinary client services, driving business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in commercial property law, with a strong understanding of the sector.
  • Ability to independently manage commercial property transactions, with a commercially minded approach.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and meeting deadlines under pressure.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
