About the Opportunity:

As an Investor Relations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic engagement plans with local, national, and global organizations, ensuring maximum value from public and private sector funding opportunities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic engagement plans, including account management, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that financial guidelines are followed to deliver maximum value for money.
  • Lead a high-performing team to meet targets within budget, overseeing capital investment attraction, real estate engagement, business development aligned with the Local Industrial Strategy, and account management for foreign-owned businesses.
  • Collaborate with key partners, including the Department for Business and Trade and Office for Investment, to optimize business development activity and opportunities.
What We Offer:

Austin Fraser offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced sales team leader with a track record of delivering results through others, strong business-to-business services skills, and knowledge of local and national economic development issues and inward investment.
