Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bexley. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support to access the curriculum. You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, facilitating small group sessions, and contributing to the development of individualized education plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress reports for students
  • Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
