About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings, coaching the team to achieve KPIs, and monitoring individual team member performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
  • Encouraging team development and progression
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail

What We Offer

  • £22,000 to £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • £45,000 to £60,000 complete on-target earnings
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline

Eligibility

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate

  • Drivers Licence Check
