About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Aspire People. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a proven track record of promoting positive behaviour change.

Salary Range: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Job Description:
This role involves working one-to-one and in small groups with students who require additional support. You will develop and implement strategies to help students manage their behaviour and improve their academic outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop behaviour management plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with SEN
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
