Administrative Coordinator

The Salford Community Safety Partnership is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis, covering maternity leave. The role involves providing administrative support to the team, responding to enquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking payments, dealing with complaints, and converting initial enquiries into confirmed bookings. A strong understanding of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Teams is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and managing administration matters.
- Maintaining an up-to-date filing and booking system.
- Providing administrative support to managers.
- Dealing with daily telephone and email enquiries.
This is a part-time opportunity, working 16 hours per week, with flexibility in hours and days. The salary for this position is estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
