Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive and challenging training plans, aligned with the Manchester City playing style and game model.
- Work closely with the coaching staff and Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to plan, deliver, and review training sessions, ensuring maximum game impact.
- Contribute to the technical and tactical development of the team, individual players, and specific playing units, in line with Individual Development Plans (IPDs).
- Assist in talent identification initiatives, observing players during training sessions, matches, and competitive events.
- UEFA A licence.
- Experience of working as an elite level coach within professional football.
- Sound understanding of the Manchester City playing style and game model.
- Proven experience planning, delivering, and reviewing comprehensive and challenging training programmes in an elite football environment.
- Proven experience inspiring and motivating athletes to perform at their best.
