About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Ambassador to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Walsall. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the casino.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly into the business, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the cleaning and wider casino team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Achieve impeccable operational standards in all areas, paying attention to detail and ensuring the casino is presented to the highest standard.
  • Provide input to improve the service provided, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
