Job Title: Care Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Care Manager to lead our dynamic care team in Hull. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care branch, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and leading a large office team.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the care branch, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Lead and support a large office team, including Senior FCS, FCS, Trainer, CCO, Compliance Manager, and more.
  • Manage both LA and private care hours.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Significant experience in a managerial role within the domiciliary sector.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Knowledgeable about CQC regulations and compliance.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to motivate a team.

Our client is a reputable care provider based in Hull, delivering around 6500 hours of care weekly, predominantly through LA contracts but also private care. The company has a strong presence since 2010 and is committed to providing exceptional care services.
