Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Westland Horticulture Ltd, a leading FMCG business in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our brands, championing the product portfolio, and developing strategic marketing plans across the brand portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead the development of new product opportunities, collaborating with the Technical, Design, and Commercial teams to identify areas of growth and quantify commercial benefits.
  • To manage and deliver all consumer communication across the brands, ensuring brand proposition uniqueness and commercial value.
  • To oversee all relevant customer marketing communications to improve brand awareness and monitor, review, and report on sales and marketing commercial activity and results.
  • To analyze customer research, consumer insight, current market conditions, and competitor information to inform the strategic direction of the brands.

Requirements:

  • Brand management or product marketing background (4yrs-5yrs) with experience in marketing through all aspects, including new product development, through-the-line media communication, and setting the strategic direction for the brands.
  • Evidence of growing brands, identifying growth opportunities, and gaining alignment to execute against a strategic growth plan.
  • Proven skills in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, customer insights, marketing program development, project planning, and commercial awareness.
  • A love of brands and a passion for driving business growth.
