Lettings Negotiator Job Description

The role of a Lettings Negotiator is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let's through to exchange and completion. The ideal candidate will have preferably an experienced sales person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to generate new business in a target driven environment and possess exceptional customer care/service experience.

This position offers a Competitive OTE of £28,000 with Uncapped Commission, Clear Career Progression, Industry-Leading Training and Development to become ARLA – NFOPP qualified, Opportunities to Compete for Top Achievers Awards, Company Car or Car Allowance (depending on experience), Comprehensive Benefits Package. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the success of Connells Group UK, one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK.
