We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Service Specialist to join our well-established and respected Fiat service team at Day's Motor Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional vehicle servicing and repair services to our customers
- Collaborating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration in the workshop
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with industry-standard software
- A valid driving license and current MOT Tester accreditation (desirable)
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a motor workshop, preferably with a main dealer
