Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Ensure an excellent customer experience in the store by enforcing our company procedures.
- Pass on targets set by management to the team and ensure they focus on key indicators (turnover, customer loyalty, UPT, AUR, ATV, sell-through, service...).
- Help implement corrective measures to increase sales (merchandising, stock, CRM, team motivation...).
- Assist in setting up a clienteling strategy to build a high-quality customer portfolio and identify high-potential customers.
- Use the retail space to best advantage in accordance with merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Organise and structure work in the store.
- Lead team meetings and ensure internal and external messages are clearly understood.
Personnel Management/Staff Development
- All personnel management tasks (planning, dealing with conduct issues and decline in performance...).
- Help assess the performance of a new member of staff.
- Play a proactive role in developing employees' skills and identifying and cultivating talents.
- Motivate the team to ensure a continued improvement in sales results.
- Coach and train teams.
- Set targets for the team and inform members of results.
- Take part in annual/quarterly evaluations.
Administrative Management
- All administrative tasks (after-sales service, reporting, restocking...).
- Open and close the concession, monitor cash flow, manage deliveries.
- Ensure a healthy amount of stock based on the level of business in the store.
- Organise restocks if necessary based on sales.
- Guarantee impeccable after-sales service.
- Organise and conduct annual and rolling stock-takes.
- Help monitor and coordinate general services (maintenance, cleaning, repairs in the store, ordering of supplies...).
