We are seeking a skilled Technical Pricing Leader to join our team at NFU Mutual. Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and recommend risk prices for our Personal Motor products.
As a key member of our Pricing Department, you will be responsible for delivering accurate risk costs that optimize premium strength while providing valuable insights into cost inflation drivers.
You will work closely with various stakeholders across the business, taking the lead on diverse pricing activities such as large-scale price builds, claims projections, and costing product changes and propositions.
This role also includes line management responsibilities to support the development of Analysts and Lead Analysts within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and recommend risk prices for Personal Motor products
- Deliver accurate risk costs that optimize premium strength
- Provide valuable insights into cost inflation drivers
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business
- Lead on pricing activities such as large-scale price builds
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical pricing roles, preferably in the general insurance sector, and strong knowledge of Risk Pricing. Experience in Reserving or Capital Modelling is also desirable.
Benefits- Competitive salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
- Annual bonus (up to 17.5% of salary)
