Curo Enterprise is a multiple award-winning residential developer based in Bath, seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Technical Coordinator to assist in the management of planning and technical functions on housebuilding sites from pre-planning to project completion.

As a key member of our technical team, you will be working closely with the Senior Technical Manager to assist and lead on the management of technical functions on housebuilding sites.

You will be required to attend site meetings on sites located within approximately 1 hour from Bath, so a driving license and your own car is essential.
