Job Title: Business Analyst

At Ocho, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and enhancement of new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate solution needs into actionable user stories with product owners or business SMEs.
  • Support product backlog management and review user stories with development teams.
  • Test business and functional processes during product development and QA.
  • Document key decisions in meetings and lead testing efforts.
  • Conduct product training for users.
  • Communicate product information with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience in business analysis-related roles, preferably in tech or software companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SaaS application concepts, SDLC, JIRA, and Teams.
