At FRAME, we're seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to lead our dynamic Masterplanning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, urban planning, and large-scale landscape-led masterplanning projects. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and contribute to developing sustainable and innovative design solutions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the landscape architectural design components of large-scale masterplanning projects, from concept through to completion.
  • Provide strategic input on landscape architecture to shape the public realm and open space within masterplans.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service and communication throughout project life cycles.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the landscape architecture team.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and design documentation to communicate landscape concepts and plans to clients and stakeholders.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
