We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team at our new resort in Holywell. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals, designing and developing creative menus, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, as well as managing inventory and controlling costs.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £30,000, with the potential to earn up to £32,000 after probation. You will also have the opportunity to be a key player in a brand new resort, working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Design and develop creative and innovative menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes and preferences.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and work within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef or cook.
  • Culinary qualifications.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
