About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As an IT Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. IT Service Transition: Lead IT service transition activities in a physical and cloud environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business services.
  2. IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network and server systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  3. ERP Implementation: Be a key stakeholder in our ERP implementation project, specifying and deploying shop floor data capture hardware to support business-process IT improvements.
  4. IT Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
  5. IT Support: Troubleshoot IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems, providing timely and effective support to our users.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in leading IT service transition activities in a physical and cloud environment.
  2. Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Office365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as a strong understanding of network and server infrastructure.
  3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in IT management roles, with strong leadership and communication skills.
