Job Description:

The Placement Group is seeking a skilled Senior Physiotherapist to lead our Pelvic Health service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced physiotherapist to take on a senior role, managing a complex caseload of patients and developing the service to provide advanced, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in post-qualification with evidenced experience at a senior level within MSK and Pelvic Health specialty. They will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a wide range of pelvic health conditions, helping them achieve long-term health outcomes.

As a senior member of the team, you will also lead the development of pelvic health services within the practice, driving service improvements, implementing best practices, and fostering relationships with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your clinical, teaching, and leadership skills, with support for ongoing professional development. Regular team meetings and in-service training ensure a collaborative and supportive environment for both personal and professional growth.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc in Physiotherapy
  • Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) registration
  • Evidence of portfolio demonstrating postgraduate continued professional development
  • Postgraduate training or development in management and leadership skills
  • Membership of special interest groups (POGP)
