Global Sales Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Global Sales Engineer - Japan to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. They will be fluent in English and Japanese, with proficiency in German being a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set by the line manager
- Cultivate and sustain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Acquire new customers and explore business opportunities in targeted business sectors
- Report to headquarters/line manager
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Experience in Sales Engineer for ceramic products/electronic components
- Fluency in English and Japanese (mandatory), proficiency in German is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to undertake frequent EU and occasional international business trips
Salary: Up to 80,000 Euro/year, depending on experience.
