Critical Care Nurse Opportunity at London Bridge Hospital
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our 28 Bedded ITU Unit at London Bridge Hospital, a leading provider of privately funded healthcare in the UK. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with a variety of medical or surgical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Work collaboratively with Consultant Intensivists, Critical Care Resident Medical Officers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient needs are met and goals are achieved.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- General ITU or Cardiac ITU experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with good time management and prioritization skills.
