Role Overview

Pro1 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join their team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by arranging meetings between our field team and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day to schedule appointments with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work closely with the field team to ensure seamless transition of leads and appointments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointment bookings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 5 GCSEs with C grades or above, including Maths and English.
  • Proven experience in booking appointments and generating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
