Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer to join our team at Flex Legal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, providing strategic advice and representing clients in complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including contract breaches, partnership issues, debt recovery, and shareholder disputes.
  • Provide expert advice on dispute resolution strategies, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
  • Advocate for clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the legal process.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
  • Proven experience in managing and resolving complex commercial disputes.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Knowledge of UK dispute resolution procedures and civil litigation rules.
