Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise secretarial and support staff
  • Value assets and liabilities of estates, extract Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, and administer estates
  • Draft legal documents, including wills and lasting powers of attorney
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide accurate legal advice
