Nelson Permanent Placements is proud to be representing an established plumbing and drainage company who offer emergency plumbing services. They have now entered a period of growth and expansion within the business and are looking for 3 - 4 Domestic Plumbers to join their team to carry out works around the Hertfordshire area. These areas will include working between Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Cheshunt and St Albans.

You will be required to work on-call rota (1 in 8 days). A Van and Fuel Card will be provided.

Job Duties:

  • Carrying out basic plumbing work including reactive maintenance within domestic settings.
  • Installing water cylinders and water supply pipe repairs.
  • Running cistern repairs and stopcock changes.
  • Tracing and fixing leaks, tap repairs/replacements and toilet repairs.
  • Shower installations and waste pipe fitting.

Requirements:

  • An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • A Valid UK Driving Licence
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Domestic Plumber (within reactive maintenance)
