**Job Title:** Senior Software Systems Integration Engineer

**Location:** Birmingham (Hybrid)

**Estimated Salary:** £58,400 - £71,200 per annum + 20% Bonus + 6:12 Pension + Benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled software professional to manage the project lifecycle of software system integration from areas including Signalling, Rolling Stock, and Scada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the rail industry, focusing on software system integration and development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage software system integration lifecycle, ensuring adherence to CENELEC standards and industry best practices.
  2. Lead software engineering team, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle.
  3. Analyse software performance and risk, implementing and managing software quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rail industry software integration.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of rail systems and software quality assurance.
  • Experience with software management tools such as DOORS, JIRA or Polarion.
