Job Title: Regional Sales Account Manager

At RunThrough, we are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Account Manager. This role will be the key link between our company and our partners, supporting the Head of Partnerships to ensure exceptional service and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing new and existing relationships with partners
• Engaging with new clients to create opportunities for partnership and service delivery
• Providing regular support and advice to partners to maximize return on investment
• Lead hunting, sourcing, and leading on regular meetings to provide strategic advice and collate information
• Ensuring all partners are fully supported and have a comprehensive understanding of each account's specific needs, deliverables, and current status

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commercially driven, with the ability to own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to retention and management of accounts/partners
• Proven history of managing partnerships/accounts, fostering a positive relationship while growing account revenue
• Strong organizational skills and customer service experience
• Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the UK and work outside of normal working hours when required

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (commission and bonus structure to be discussed - all depending on experience)
