Important Information:
We are seeking a Support Worker and Buddy to join our team at Independent Living Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will provide support and companionship to our clients in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to clients with daily living tasks
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assist clients with accessing community resources and activities
Working Hours:
The Support Worker role is available for 8.5 hours per week, with shifts on Monday 12.30pm-6.00pm and Wednesday 9.00am-12.00pm. The Buddy role is available for 5 hours a week, with shifts on Friday 9am-3pm.
Pay and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £17.00 per hour for weekdays and £18.00 per hour for weekends and Bank Holidays. A driver is required for this role.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a reliable and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
