Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm System Specialist to join our team at H&K Fire Engineering. As a Fire Alarm System Specialist, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and technical support of fire alarm systems. This includes commissioning systems and providing a pivotal contact point for clients with any ongoing issues or technical support needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting servicing, PPM, and technical support on fire alarm systems for our clients.
- Integrating fire alarm systems on projects, working alongside the project delivery team.
- Performing commissioning of systems with handover to clients.
- Providing a professional service, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, quality, and customer service.
- Working independently with little supervision, as well as successfully as part of a team.
- Communicating effectively with a range of customers, clients, and internal colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fire alarm systems maintenance, gained over a number of years.
- FIA or equivalent training is highly desirable.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
