Job Title: IT Business Tool Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Tool Specialist to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, deployment, and adoption of creative and innovative online learning programs.

This is a 6-month contract role with the potential for further extension, and engagement via an umbrella company. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of key systems, including Net (PIM), Drupal & StoryBlok (CMS), and Offer (bespoke).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new starters and existing staff, ensuring comprehension and effective use of the systems.
  • Assist brand teams by troubleshooting issues that arise from misuse or misunderstanding of the systems.
  • Identify gaps in training content and determine the need for localisation.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and tailor training programs accordingly.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to deliver technical training in a business-friendly manner.
  • Experience in developing and localising training content.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: London office, with remote working options available.
