Hill Group UK is seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards are met across our projects in the Southern region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring the construction process, including exacting standards of finish, to guarantee that homes meet or exceed quality and building safety standards expected by our customers.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will have good proven experience and technical knowledge of construction, particularly within the UK house-building industry, with familiarity of standard detailing and site operations.

A strong attention to detail, excellent observational and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are essential.

You will also need to maintain knowledge and expertise through self-learning/CPD and be proficient in using inspection tools and software for record-keeping and reporting.

Full UK driving licence is required. Desirable qualifications include NVQ, HNC, or other relevant construction-related qualifications, CSCS card (or equivalent), and membership of a relevant professional body.
