Cybersecurity Counselor

Palo Alto Networks is a leader in the cybersecurity industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled Director, Sr. Counsel to join our team. This role will provide advice and assistance on a range of legal matters, mainly for the EMEA region, with a focus on complex commercial transactions. Based in London, this position will also provide advice and assistance on various legal issues, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant legal experience, with a minimum of 5 years in-house experience. They will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, showing demonstrated success in advising clients on structuring sales, licensing, subscription, privacy, and other commercial and intellectual property transactions and arrangements. The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
