We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to join our expanding Construction team in the UK. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary package and associated benefits.

The ideal candidate must possess a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification, a valid driving license, and preferably have:

  • CITB Temporary Works Supervisor (TWSTC) Course
  • First Aid
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Fire Warden
  • CDM regulations
  • CSCS not essential

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Effective communication with the Contract team and leadership of the site team
  • Management of sub-contractors to achieve project objectives
  • Delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant Health and Safety Procedures/Legislation
  • Project reporting and administration, proficiency with word and excel
