Exciting Opportunity: Become a vital part of our innovative team as a Lifting Operations Coordinator within the Accommodation division. In this role, you will take charge of managing lifting operations while reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with supplying depots to oversee installations and collections
  • Engage closely with clients and supplying divisions to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide guidance to key accounts and local customers regarding the delivery and collection of temporary accommodation units
  • Foster strong relationships with customer site teams and depot installation teams for efficient operations
  • Conduct thorough site surveys, create Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and develop lifting plans for the installation and collection of units

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lifting operations and Appointed Person qualification
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to efficiently manage site teams and delivery schedules
  • Flexibility to adapt to tight deadlines
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Additional Skills:

  • Experience within the portable accommodation sector
  • Direct experience in customer communication
  • Familiarity with AutoCad or Visio software
  • Slinger/signaller certification is advantageous
