Job Title: Scaffolding Specialist

Job Summary:

RSK Group is seeking a highly skilled Scaffolding Specialist to join our team. As a Scaffolding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient organization and management of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Stock Control: Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, site movements, and delivery schedules.
  • Health and Safety: Embed a culture of health and safety across the site, ensuring that all personnel are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of scaffolders, labourers, and other site personnel to achieve site objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Hold a valid CISRS card and be competent to work on complex structures.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction site operations and management.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site personnel, management, and other stakeholders.
