Job Summary
Broadgate is seeking an experienced Operational Risk and Resilience Analyst to join our team. As an Operational Risk and Resilience Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating various capabilities within our operational risk framework, including oversight of the resilience framework, business incident management, business continuity planning, and compliance with operational resilience regulations set by the PRA and FCA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of the risk management framework for the business.
- Partner with the business to implement a strong risk culture throughout the organization, as well as support the wider business to ensure strong governance.
- Coordinate the operational resilience framework across all of our EU and UK business.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates risk awareness through curiosity and questioning.
- Experience in business continuity management is advantageous.
- Specific background in third-party risk management is advantageous.
