Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Site Operations Manager to join our school administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional support to our staff and students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Operations: Oversee the maintenance and operation of heating, lighting, and boiler plant/equipment, ensuring timely fault reporting and resolution.
  • Building Works and Repairs: Assist with planning, overseeing minor building works, and repairs, including obtaining quotes, liaising with suppliers, and monitoring service level agreements.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular progress updates and advice to the head teacher/facilities manager on building works and repairs, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Security and Premises: Assume responsibility for the security of school premises and contents.
  • Cleaning Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day supervision of cleaning staff, ensuring maintained standards of cleanliness.
