Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and guidance on consenting matters related to energy, environmental, and infrastructure projects
  • Consenting applications, agreements, etc. across residential development and highway schemes
  • Working with clients, including public and private sector projects, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2-3 years of planning law experience
  • Strong understanding of planning laws and regulations, including political awareness of planning on the government's agenda
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
