Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Director to provide leadership, direction, and accountability for our site's dedicated Engineering team. The successful candidate will act as a key member of the site's leadership team and be responsible for ensuring that all engineering activities are compliant with relevant statutory, regulatory, and company engineering requirements.
The role involves developing a longer-term vision for the development of maintenance strategy, site production facilities, and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective interaction with GCP (Global Capital Projects) and Central Engineering & EHS functions for the mutual benefit of GSK Montrose and the wider Global Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical or fine chemicals manufacture and hold good knowledge of processes and equipment used in this field. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required, along with Chartered Engineering status and extensive experience in management of maintenance operations and/or project management.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
