About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Guardian Homecare Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

You will follow individual care plans to assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication.

You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
