Corporate Solicitor Opportunity

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for managing your workload, assisting on corporate transactions, and providing company law advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle corporate transactional and advisory work for diverse clients
  2. Support lead advisers and supervise junior lawyers
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents
  4. Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
  5. Engage in business development and client meetings
  6. Train and develop junior team members
  7. Achieve financial and chargeable targets

About You:

  1. 6+ years PQE with proven experience in private M&A
  2. Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and drafting skills
  3. Self-motivated, with excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
