Job Title: Measurement Technologist

Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Research Metrology Specialist to deliver innovation through teaching and research in the Institute of Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering at Coventry University.

The ideal candidate will work with the latest dimensional measurement equipment, supporting undergraduate, postgraduate, and industry-focused teaching and project work. They will also advance research by providing cutting-edge measurements to partner research groups, such as structural integrity, digital manufacturing, and laser processing.

Requirements:

  • A degree or GNVQ Level 4 equivalent discipline, or significant relevant experience.
  • Ideal candidate has experience in providing technical support for laboratory-based teaching, calibrating, maintaining, and updating equipment.
