RF Development Engineer (All Levels including Senior)

NVC is seeking a highly skilled RF Development Engineer to lead the development of mmWave RF systems, including front-ends and transceivers, ensuring alignment with high-frequency mmWave communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mmWave RF modules into CPE products, optimizing for performance, power, and efficiency in the mmWave spectrum.
  • Conduct extensive testing and characterization of mmWave RF components, utilizing specialized equipment to validate performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Innovate in the design of RF systems for mmWave applications, focusing on achieving high data rate transmission and efficient signal processing.
  • Document development processes and technical specifications, contributing to the body of knowledge on mmWave RF engineering within NVC.

A degree in RF/Microwave Electronics, Wireless Systems, or a related field (BEng/MSc required, PhD preferred), with at least 5 years of experience in RF development, specifically in mmWave applications.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in RF design and simulation software (ADS, HFSS, CST) with a strong focus on mmWave applications.
  • Hands-on experience with mmWave RF hardware, including the design, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits and systems.
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in mmWave technology, standards, and regulatory requirements for wireless communication devices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time.
