About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover a mixed portfolio of client contracts within the Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a rewarding career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct management, demolition, and refurbishment asbestos surveys
  • Undertake safe sampling of suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
  • Produce detailed survey reports for clients
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients
  • Travel as required by the company

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong client-facing manner, and be able to discuss technical matters directly with clients. Requirements:

  • Hold a BOHS P402 certification (or RSPH equivalent)
  • Have experience conducting asbestos surveys across various commercial, residential, industrial, and public sector sites
  • Be proficient in producing detailed reports for clients
  • Able to demonstrate a hardworking and organized attitude
