Vodafone UK seeks a highly skilled Telecommunications Technician to join its Networks team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining customer networks. Your experience within a telecoms or service provider environment working on a wide range of equipment and technologies, preferably Fixed-Line experience, will be invaluable.

You will work closely with colleagues to support fault finding and troubleshooting on customer critical systems. Additionally, you will provide technical insight to key faults and scenarios where service is under threat or impacted, as well as offering face-to-face support to customer representatives to overcome outages.

A flexible approach to travel is required, covering the Midlands and close to London. You will also be expected to participate in a 24/7 callout rota, typically one week in every four weeks. A valid full UK driving license is essential for this position. The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000-£50,000, depending on experience.
