Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Premier Inn in Addlestone. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning standards and customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by guests or colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
